Amber Busche, OD 
Owner/Doctor

Dr. Busche enjoys treating a variety of eye conditions and helping patients find solutions for their unique  vision needs.  Living in Estes Park and enjoying a wide range of outdoor activities gives her valuable insight into the active vision needs of the Estes Valley.  Dr. Busche enjoys spending her days at the office catching up with patients while assessing ocular health and loves giving advice on the latest eyewear.  Dr. Busche is from Iowa and she received her doctorate in Optometry at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Outside the office she is a lover of animals, hiking, good food and time with family & friends.  With many family and friends scattered across the county, Dr. Busche likes to find time to travel and catch up with everyone in person.   

Katie Bohlke
Frame Stylist/Welcome Party

Katie grew up on a Guest Ranch called Peaceful Valley just outside of Lyons, Colorado. She attended high school in Lyons and later graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Equine Sciences.  She has completed two internships with Walt Disney World, one in Vet Medical Records, which led to eight years of employment with Walt Disney.  Katie moved back to Colorado in 2014 to be closer to family.   She currently volunteers with the Rooftop Rodeo and is on the Board for the Estes Park Western Heritage Foundation and the Board for the Ace High Rough Stocky Academy bronc riding school.
In her free time, Katie likes spending time with her two rescue pups and riding her Mustang horse.   She also enjoys going to rodeos, taking pictures, and reading. She really loves animals and helping people.

​​Office Pups

Ace, Abraham and Winston are our three golden retrievers.  They have a part-time gig acting as the mascots of Aspen Eyecare.  They can be found by our sides at community events or entertaining us at the office.  They give love to all they meet and help us rehabilitate foster pups on the side.
